Forward Numbers are a start up in the telecommunications space. They offer virtual landlines through cloud infrastructure, eliminating the need for hardware and creating a scalable solution with no upfront investment.
Before approaching Plastic Hallway, Forward Numbers hired another agency to build them a new website, which resulted in a generic e-commerce website that was misplaced for their offerings and confusing to use. Website traffic was down and they were generating no new subscriptions.
They hired Plastic Hallway to provide a digital marketing strategy and improve conversions on the website.
Through a series of discovery sessions and in depth research, we outlined our findings to the client and proceeded to reshape their digital presence. It was important that we fixed their brand and website before any money was invested in targeting cold traffic.
We rebranded their company to align with their core values and designed a user-friendly website, specifically geared towards generating trial sign ups. We integrated their new website with their CRM and created a series of automated workflows to reduce human touch points and increase trial success rates.
We created a reseller platform and launched a cold email outreach to IT companies to resell virtual landlines as research showed a strong correlation between the types of services.
