The Greenhouse Project is a company focused on bettering the health and overall well-being of their clients through a variety of services that cover fitness, beauty therapy, nutrition and more.
The Greenhouse Project were rebranding three separate businesses into one and merging three websites. They were looking for a mobile first experience that ensured their clients would easily navigate the 200+ service offerings and purchase with ease.
They were also looking for search and social advertising campaigns attracting their target audience and driving traffic to relevant offerings.
Working closely with their design agency and in house marketing manager, we started with looking at their needs and audited their current online properties. Our main challenge was creating a user-flow and site navigation that was intuitive to use and functioned on mobile first, removing the need for an additional mobile app.
Through card sorting and wireframing, we created the site information architecture and designed a navigation system that was bespoke to their site.
Taking an agile approach our developers built a website blending form and function as defined in the wireframes and design mock ups. Through Google Analytics and heat mapping software, we were able to analyse user behaviour on the website and highlight potential issues which were then addressed through further iterations of the site development.
Taking the user profiles and website data we created a series of both search and social ads that drove targeted traffic to relevant pages. We were restricted by existing third-party booking software so needed to create alternative metrics for defining conversions and optimising ads. What resulted was a huge increase in both website traffic and referrals to booking site.
